Our home base in Lauwersoog is ’t Ailand, a welcoming living room for sea lovers. This is where the oysters are landed, cleaned, sorted and packed. You can visit daily to buy oysters, even when the restaurant is closed. Don’t forget to take home some delicious house-smoked fish as well!
On weekends, you can also enjoy oven-baked oysters and other delights from the kitchen at ’t Ailand. In winter, the kitchen is only open on Sundays.
