We are Jan and Barbara, traditional fishermen operating under TS31 – Internos.
We work as artisanal Wadden Sea fishers, following the natural rhythm of tides and seasons.
We fish with set nets for mullet and sea bass, and we hand-harvest our oysters. This low-impact method avoids seabed disturbance and ensures careful selection and quality.
Our Wild Wadden Sea oysters are processed at ’t Ailand,
