Carefully Hand-Harvested Wadden Sea Oysters

Our oysters are entirely hand-harvested from tidal oyster beds around Lauwersoog. This is demanding work, but it guarantees quality, respect for nature, and minimal impact on the ecosystem.

Why harvest by hand?
